It just does not look good and it is hard to find a paint that will adhere to the smooth tile surface, but here is an idea: tile stickers. The etsy shop Bleucoin makes them. The tile can work as a sand color or you can even glaze them with a different color if you want to do that. I hope this doesn't add to your overwhelm, but if you check out the "Seaside Harmony" color scheme you'll see that there's something similar to your tile color and hues from your shower curtain, as well. http://www.behr.com/consumer/inspiration/2014-color-trendsYolanda (silvercloud07)https://www.blogger.com/profile/08842845669474213329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3268500245515793863.post-69896515183683598432014-07-09T11:24:41.135-07:002014-07-09T11:24:41.135-07:00Paint the tile? -- never thought of that.Paint the tile? -- never thought of that.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12017054182895696091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3268500245515793863.post-67783321858078266982014-07-09T05:24:36.524-07:002014-07-09T05:24:36.524-07:00Just do it! I am saving them till it's done. Maybe I'll make that part of my next post. I also have a watercolor print by Kelly Bermudez on Etsy that I just bought a frame for that will go great in the bathroom. I tend not to move forward in fear it will look bad. If you don't like it, you can repaint it again. The lighter green would be nice. I suppose if I try the lightest -- I can always go the one lighter if I don't like it. I probably shouldn't but I think I am going to check out the Benjamin Moore Store too. I would pull the green tone from the shower curtain. Also One thing I have learned is once I find a color I like on a color card I then go down 2 shades since paint always looks darker on a wall, especially a small space like a bathroom. Have fun with it Judy, I know it will look great when you are done.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04346536249163801281noreply@blogger.com
